Short version: this site collects what you type into the form, uses it to find you a locksmith, and nothing else. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookie banner, because there is currently nothing to consent to.
Locksmith 24 Lisbon is a free matching service operated by Adsvantage, a marketing company based in the Netherlands. It is not a locksmith business, holds no locksmithing licence and carries out no work on locks. Contact: info@adsvantage.nl, +31 6 40960136, also on WhatsApp.
The form asks for your name, an email address, optionally a WhatsApp number, the area the door is in and what has happened to the lock. It also records which page you sent it from, so we know what you were reading. That is the complete list.
Please do not put your full street address into the form. The area is enough to find you somebody nearby; the exact address belongs in the direct conversation with the locksmith who takes the job, or in a WhatsApp message once we have replied. It is a small habit that keeps the door number of a home somebody is currently locked out of from sitting in a mailbox for longer than it has to.
Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms (Netlify hosts this website) and are forwarded by email to the operator, and stored in the operator's own customer records so a request is not lost. The relevant details — area, what happened, and how to reach you — are then passed to an independent locksmith so they can contact you and price the job. If you would rather we did not pass on your contact details, say so in the message and we will ask them to reply through us instead.
Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google Fonts (the two typefaces this site uses are loaded from Google's font service, which means your browser makes a request to that service), and the email provider used to receive your request. Google Maps, advertising networks and social plugins are not embedded anywhere on this site.
Requests are kept while they are being handled and afterwards as part of the operator's business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are legally required to keep an invoice or similar document.
Under the GDPR you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to info@adsvantage.nl and you will get an answer. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD) or to the authority in your own country.
